Board of Trustees
Dwayne DeFoor, Vice president
Mr. DeFoor is our Board Vice-President and recently retired from IBM after 37 years as a Procurement Advisory Professional. Mr. DeFoor has been an integral part of the Susquehanna Township School District community for nearly forty years. After graduating from Susquehanna Township High School and the University of Pittsburgh he became very involved with our community and has been ever since. He has volunteered over the years with the United Way and the late Governor George M. Leader's Capital City Computer Project. He has been apart of the HANNA Foundation since it's creation, serving in various capacities and committees every year. He has also been instrumental in the success of the STHS Alumni Association and currently serves as the President. Mr. DeFoor was named the Susquehanna Township School District Distinguished Alumni in 2016.
John Fabian, President
Mr. Fabian serves as our Board President and is a lifelong Susquehanna Township School District resident, incredibly dedicated to our community and now raising his own family here. He served six years as a STSD School Board Director, has been active with the Penn State Alumni Association, is a founding member of the Hill Society, and is a former Vice-President of the STHS Alumni Association. Mr. Fabian became a part of the Foundation in 2010 and was elected President in 2015. He serves on all of our Committees but spends the most time working on growing the Programming Committee.
KERRY MULLEN, trustee
Ms. Mullen is responsible for Brand Management, Creative Direction, and Marketing Execution at Feeser’s Food Distributors, and has more than two decades of experience in brand strategy, advertising, marketing and design. She has been a Board Trustee since 2013, and serves on the Marketing, Communications, and Events Committees, and is a proud STSD Parent. Ms. Mullen is active with Leadership Harrisburg Area, and has generously contributed marketing work for many area non-profits such as Hospice of Central PA, Play for P.I.N.K., Dress for Success, events for Susquehanna Township School District, and the marketing work for our Foundation.
ANDREW RUTHERFORD, TREASURER
Mr. Rutherford is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with Enders Insurance and holds several degrees in both Business and Coaching. He was born and raised in Susquehanna Township and is proud to be now raising his two children here as well. He joined the Foundation board in 2015 and became the Treasurer in 2017. Mr. Rutherford serves on our Finance and Marketing Committees. He is very active in the community and is also involved with the Harrisburg Young Professionals.
LINDSAY LESTER, TRUSTEE
Dr. Lester has been apart of our Foundation for more then ten years and is the Assistant Principal at one of our District Elementary Schools. She began serving on the Board as a teacher representative and working with the after-school programs that were run in the elementary schools. As an art teacher she was instrumental in working with and creating programming for our students. She now serves as a Non-Voting Trustee, but her knowledge is an invaluable resource. She is also very active within our community with the local graduate chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
SHANE HARVEY, TRUSTEE
Mr. Harvey is an Assistant Vice President Treasury Management Officer for First National Bank’s Capital Region. Although he didn't graduate from Susquehanna Township Schools, he did attend them for many years. Mr. Harvey has also been very active with the American Lung Association and the Lung Force Walk. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the HANNA Foundation.

Ms. Weikert is a Foundation Trustee, serving on the programming and fundraising committees, as well as dedicating her time to grant writing. She, her husband, and her children are all Susquehanna Township High School Alumni, and have served our community in many capacities over the ye
susan anthony, TRUSTEE
Ms. Susan L. Anthony is a member of the program, marketing, and fundraising committees. She also serves on the HANNA’s Pantry Committee as well as a dedicated volunteer. A resident of Susquehanna Township, Susan is a graduate of Susquehanna Township High School, Class of 1970. She is the former director of communications for Susquehanna Township School District. She is a trustee with the Dauphin County Library System and a founding board member of the Susquehanna Art Museum.
